proposed technique.Since the varies of the distribution networks component parameters have significant impacts on the reliability indices, the sensitivity of the reliability indices on the electricity price is discussed in this paper. The results for the comprehensive electrical price versus to the change of basic electricity price, limited reliability price, failure rate and repair time demonstrate that the networks components parameters have influence on the electrical price and should be taken into consideration when the comprehensive model is applied to determine the electricity price.The case studies on the electrical distribution network RBTS-BUS6 illustrate that the proposed model can provide an efficient supplement to the traditional methods with the shortcomings that the reliability benefits are not considered.
