浙江大学硕士学位论文 浙江大学硕士学位论文 AbstlaCt Abstract In the current comeXt of globalization and informationization,it’S meaningful for the effective evaluatation of Intemet firms’performance and the promotion of policies’formulation．Because Internet firms are different from the traditional manufacturing—oriented enterprises and other general service companies in its own business characteristics，the evaluatation of Internet firms’performance must be based on the specific situation about Intemet． Therefore，this study combined the latest msearch in the field of e—business and Intemet，constructed the research model about determinants on peformance of Intemet firms from the perspective of resources—based view and environmental dynamism theories，and discussed the impact of Internet firm performance and the relationship between factors． This study took Intemet firms from Zhejiang and Guangdong as the object to verify the hypothesises．With the help of Department of Information Industry of Guangdong Provice，the study gives a public questionnaire survey，collecting sample data from the target Internet firms ofthe research project(0612084080720124)，then the study analyzed the collected sample data with the help of SPSS 1 6．0．In addition, the study compared two Internet firms from Zh句iang and Guangdong specificly to verify the results of empirical analysis．At last，the study drew the main conclusions as follows： First of all，the evaluation dimensions about human capital of Intemet firms included leadership，employee skills and talent development capabilities；the evaluation dimensions about website operating capacity included IT capability， strategic flexibility and confidence-building capacity；the evaluation dimensions about environmental dynamism included market dynamism and technology dynamism． Second，human capital，website operating capacity and financing capacity had obvious posi
