护理干预对冠心病心绞痛发生率的影响分析 doi： 10. 3969/j. issn. 1007_614x. 2014. 9. 74 摘要目的：探讨不同护理干预法对冠心病心绞痛发生 率的影响分析。方法：收治冠心病心绞痛患者168例，按计 划分为两组，每组84例，分别予以综合护理干预法（观察 组）和传统护理法（对照组），比较两组护理后恢复疗效和 患者及家属满意度情况。结果：观察组再次发作心绞痛（25%） 明显低于对照组（58.3%），住院时间（14天）明显少于对照 组（23天），护理后观察组心率（70. 6±11.8次/分）明显 少于对照组（94.3±12.2次/分），患者及家属非常满意 （88.1%）明显高于对照组（47.6%）。结论：综合护理干预 法对于冠心病心绞痛发生率影响明显，恢复效果好，患者及 家属满意度高。 关键词综合护理干预法传统护理法冠心病心绞痛 Influence of nursing intervention on the incidence of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris Zhao Fengxian ， Li Chunli The Xinjiang infantry regiment of the seventh division 123 regiment hospital, 833208 Abstract Objective: To analyze the effects of different nursing intervention on the incidence of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods： From 2009 June to 2011 June in our hospital 168 patients with angina pectoris， according to plan， divided into 2 groups， 84 cases in each group , were given comprehensive nursing intervention method in our hospital ( observation group ) and the traditional nursing method (control group), compared 2 groups of patients after curative effect and nursing satisfaction of patients and their families the situation. Results： The observation group again angina (25%) was significantly lower than the control group (58. 3% )， hospitalization time ( 14 days ) was significantly less than that of the control group (23 days), the heart rate after the treatment (70. 6+11. 8 beats/min) was significantly less than that of the control group (94. 3 + 12.2beats/min), very satisfied with the patients and their family members (88.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (47. 6% ) . Conclusion : Comprehensive hospital care intervention for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease incidence rate significantly, restore good effect ， satisfaction of patients and their family members is high， suitable for clinical application.
