我院门诊药房中非留体抗炎药使用情况的调查分析 李晓斌邱谊芳(福建省宁德市闽东医院352000) 【摘要】目的：通过统计和分析我院门诊中非出体抗炎药的使用状况，为加 强我院非体抗炎药应用的规范化和科学化提供参考。方法：从2012年01月至 2012年12月的所有门诊处方中随机抽取22467张，并统计其中非体抗炎药的 使用状况，按使用总量选出6位的药物，分析其在年龄、剂量使用的规范性及该 药物应用的症状与其说明书上适应证的符合性方面的分布特征。结果：抽样中使 用非出体抗炎药的患者为1498例，占抽样总数22467例的6.67%。非出体抗炎 药使用频率最高6位分别为洛索洛芬钠片，尼美舒利缓释片，塞来昔布胶囊，双 氯芬酸钠缓释片，拜阿司闪林片，对乙酰氨基酚缓释片，前六位药物的DUI值均 小于1，其药物的使用全部符合规定。病种以老年性关节炎最多。结论：我院非 阐体抗炎药的使用大部分符合其说明书适应证，应用基木合理。 【关键词】非出体抗炎药调查分析合理性 【中图分类号】R954 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085 (2014) 04-0028-02 【Abstract】 Objective: statistics and analysis of our hospital outpatient Africa steroidal anti-inflammatory drug usage, and provide a reference for strengthening the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug applications, standardized and scientific hospital.
