In order to solve the problems listed above, this paper comes up with the administrative system in coal business. Firstly this paper analyses the operational and nonoperational demand as a whole, offers a overall design of coal management system, following with subsystems in trucks queuing, sale, and weighing and gives very detailed illustration of designs in hardware, software, database and security. This system combines B/S and C/S together, and uses comprehensively various techniques like .NET, database, serial port communication, radio frequency identification, car number identification, ect. It also uses three-tire application of ASP.NET which set up a business subsystem which bases on functional module management in vehicle, IC card, coal business contract, transport tasks, coal price, ect. Additionally, MFC solves the problems in weighing management systems, like analyzing the data of platform scale, vehicle license recongnition, keeping trucks from deceiving, dealing with the weighing data in network terminal. This system goes with unit testing, integration testing, and system testing in proper order, along with other ways like black testing, white box testing, smoking testing, ect. The whole process realizes an effective monitoring from coal trucks applying for delivery, checking in, and weighing to checking out. Besides it also secures precise and accurate weighing data, and deals with the new coming coal contract in a faster way.
