屏東教育大學學報-教育類 第三十四期 年 月 頁 － 20 10 3 83 102 大學生困擾揭露量表之編製 藍菊梅 戴嘉南 鄭如安 摘要 個人揭露心理上的困擾常被認為是產生心理適應改變的一個獨 特的向度 ，本研究目的為編製一套測量大學生困擾揭露之量表 ，研究 對象包括 ：預試 94 位 ，正式研究 1540 位大學生 ，經由團體施測收集 資料 。研究工具採自編之困擾揭露量表 ，並使用 Kahn 和 Hessling （2001 ）之困擾揭露問卷為效標 。研究資料使用 SPSS12.0建檔及分 析 ，使用描述性統計及積差相關分析 ，用 AMOS 5.0 做驗證性因素分 析 。研究結果顯示 ，量表之信 、效度皆佳 ，而困擾揭露量表之驗證性 因素分析顯示 ：基本的適合標準指標 、外在模式和內在模式適合度部 分皆佳。研究結果提供大專院校輔導老師瞭解大學生困擾揭露情形的 工具 。 關鍵詞 ：大學生 、困擾揭露 藍菊梅 ：長榮大學健康心理學系助理教授 戴嘉南 ：國立高雄師範大學輔導與諮商研究所教授 鄭如安 ：美和技術學院社工系助理教授 投稿日期 ：2009 年05 月04 日，接受日期 ：2009 年12 月02 日 8 4 屏東教育大學學報-教育類 第三十四期 Developing the Distress Disclosure Scale for College Students Chu-Mei Lan Chia-Nan Tai Ju-An Cheng Abstract Self- disclosure of individual mental-disturbances is the special domain. The purpose of this study was to develop the scale of distress disclosure for college students. The subjects were assessed by group measurements in which 94 (pretest group) and 1,540 (final test) copies questionnaire were valid. We used instruments were structural questionnaires, including distress disclosure questionnaire made by researchers, and Kahn Hessling’s ( 2001) questionnaire. The data was analyzed by SPSS12.0 and AMOS 5.0, through item analysis, product-moment correlation, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results obtained were as follows. The reliability of internal consistency and validity of instrument for distress disclosure were good. The structural equation modeling of distress disclosure had sufficient goodness-of-fit. Based on the above findings, the instrument of distress disclosure is offered for counseling practices in colleges. Keywords: college students
