中文摘要伴随着知识经济的到来，入力赘源管理被提升到企业发展的战略高度。激励 中文摘要 伴随着知识经济的到来，入力赘源管理被提升到企业发展的战略高度。激励 是人力资源管理的核心，对激励管理的研究，顺应了“以人为中心”的2l世纪管 理潮流，适应了全球竞争环境的急剧变化。 首先本文从激励管理的理论基础着手，结合蒙特空气处理设备(北京)有限 公司员工激励管理实际，分析了该公司在员工激励管理的现状。其次指出了该公 司存在主要问题：一是随着企监闻竞争的加剧，蒙特空气处理设备(北京)有限 公司与其它著名的外企以及驻华使馆相比，薪酬激励程度不够、缺乏竞争性，福 利项目也不能满足员工多元化的需要；二是培训效果不佳，导致一部分员工对培 训不够重视，培训流于形势；三是激励手段不够全面，导向不够科学，效果有待 提高；四是“以人为本’’的经营理念还没有完全体现出来，并对以上存在问题分 析了其中的原因。再次是针对公司存在的主要问题提出了新措施：一是为提升薪 酬和福利激励程度，要建立晋升阶梯，拉大工资档次和完善福利计划；二是失提 高员工的培训效果，要提供多种培训机会并考核，鼓励员工发展；三是为提高员 工的激励效果，要适当授权和灵活运用“末位淘汰制”；四是为激发员工的工作热 情和提高办公效率，要注重情感、荣誉激励和鼓励员工进行体熊锻炼。最惹指出 了本文的创新点和不足。 [关键词]：激励管理 员工激励措施研究 ABSTRACTAlong ABSTRACT Along with advent of the knowledge economy,human resource management has been up黟aded to strategic height of enterprise development．Motivation is the core of the human resource management．The research of motivational management adapts both the rapid changes in 西obal competitive environment and the‘people-centered’ management tendency in 2 1 st century． First，starting from the theoretical of motivational management and the reality of motivational management in Munters Air Treatment Equipment∞喇in曲Co．，Ltd．，the author analyzes the current situation of its staffs motivational management．Second，the author shows the mainly short coming defects that ar e the methods of lacking of competitive compensation and unsatisfying the varieties requirement of its staff in welfare，comparing to other famous enterprises，that are partly effective result of training， which leads to the careless attention of its staff,that are simple ways of motivating its staff which need be improved，and氆越are not fully attaching importance to the conception of the‘people-centered”management．Third，in response to those，the author also expresses his ideas to suggest solving the problems that are to establish steps ofpromotion and improving welfare ofits懿a最that are to improve the result oftraining by means of examination and providing opportunities of traimng for its staff,that are to properly empo
