摘 摘 要 我们今天正处于知识经济时代。知识经济时代是以知识为导向的 时代。人作为知识的载体，正越来越受到工商企业的普遍重视。企业 的竞争是人才的竞争，人力资源已成为企业的第一资源。随着我国 WTO的加入，中国企业要在全球～体化的激烈竞争中生存和发展，唯 一的途径是充分开发、科学管理人力资源，这样才能引导企业不断走 向成功。 本文共分五章。第一章为导论，提出了本文所要研究的问题及采 取的研究方法。第二章是厶力童婆筐璺综述，分析了人力资源开发与 管理的内涵、主要内容、发展过程及未来趋势。第三章简要介绍了科 龙人力资源开发与管理的实践。第四章对科龙人力资源工作中的成功 经验及存在问题进行了总结和分析。第五章提出了改进科龙人力资源 开发与管理工作的对策，并把战略管理、系统思考、业务流程再造等 思想有机地融入到人力资源工作之中。 关键词：科龙集团人力资源7弃发骘管理向新夕矿 AbStractIt AbStract It is the era of knowledge．economy now,that being directed by the knowledge． As the carrier of knowledge，personnel is great important to industry and commerce enterprises．The qualified personnel is the basic of the competition among enterprises． As far as enterprises being considered，human resource is the most important resource of a11．as China entering into WTO and competition in global economic integration sharpening，it is the only way for Chinese enterprises to develop themselves that FIR is folly exploited and scientifically managed． The paper goes in five chapters．In chapter I,the problems researched and study method are pointed out．In chapter II，connotation,main content，developing process and developing trend in the future of HRM arc introduced．In chapter III，the practice of Kelon human resource exploitation and management arc introduced．In chapter IV，success experience and problems inside Kelon human resource working are concluded and analyzed．In chapter V，the countermeasure improving on Kelon human resource exploitation and management are put forward，and more the idea which includes stratagem management、system thinking、operation flow reengineering is put into human resource exploitation management． Key Words：Kelon group human resoulce Exploitation and management innovation 第1章导论1．1科龙简介 第1章导论 1．1科龙简介 科龙集团(以下简称科龙)位于南国珠江三角洲的顺德市容奇镇， 其前身为广东珠江冰箱厂。她以其辉煌的业绩、杰出的成就，令世人 赞叹和瞩目。 1 7年前，当第一批创业者们用仅有的9万元试制费，硬是凭手 工敲打出第一台“容声”冰箱后，即揭开了科龙跨越式超常规发展的 序幕。17年来，以创民族工业的世界名牌为己任，依靠科技进步和 管理创新，沿着质量效益型的道路迅猛发展。目前的固定资产原值 80多亿元，净值超过45亿元，拥有职工l万多人，公司先后在香港 的H股和国内的A股成功上市，拥有“科龙”、“容声”、“华宝”等多
