The universities in China started the credit system early and despite the ups and downs in the process of the development of a number of significant achievements, there also exist many contradictions and problems.How to improve Chinese credit system,and explore a credit system with Chinese characteristics management model-which conforms to Chinese economic and social development trend. In view of the earlier development of the credit system in American Universities which accumulated rich experience,the dissertation carries on a more comprehensive,in.depth,systematic exploration on the study of the credit system in American universities,hoping to provide a comparable international perspective on the de竹elopment of the credit system in Chinese universities,in order to improve Chinese credit system in the universities and provide some experiences.
