湘潭大学硕士论文 湘潭大学硕士论文 II II Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, great progress has been made in the construction of enterprise, system software represented by ERP and PDM has been gradually applied in enterprise. However, information transmission in the shop floor still depends on paper documents, paper media such as drawings, procedures and work list are still required to instruct workers operation in the process of production. In order to make full use of information resources of enterprise, a process information management system oriented to manufacture executive system (MES) is proposed in this article. By means of MES, the system built up the information bridge between enterprise planning layer and workshop controlling layer. Sending rich and intuitive technical materials such as technology drawings, 3D model, assembly process along with information about shop floor resources such as raw materials, equipment, tools and the like, which are related to manufacturing tasks, to the stations of the workshop, the system laid a foundation for realization of the informatization of enterprise’s whole production process. The paper has mainly completed the following work: 1）In consider of the system s advancement and openness，as well as reserving space for extension and upgrade，the system is developed by B/S structure MVC design pattern. The system’s model, view and controller layer is developed by comprehensive use of Struts2+Spring+Hibernate frameworks. 2）Based on product structure tree, process and technical information from PDM such as products 2-D drawing sheets, 3-D model, work guidance and so on as well as information about production tasks, material resource from ERP are sorted by category. 3）In order to solve the problem of informationized management of workshop sites production resource，production resources such as materials, equipments, tools are sorted by category.
