内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 就我国现行的美术教育体制而言，虽然多年提倡素质教育已有多年 时间，我国教育重心向鼓励学生创新和多元化创新发展，但是在实际教 学过程中绝多数教师依然忽略了发掘“美术’’作为人类所创造出的重要 表达方式的本质。 事实上，美术作为一种重要的艺术表现形式，是人类对于世界认知 以及自我情绪的表达，也是个人心理环境和精神状态的投射，美术作品 的解读及美术教育的开展，不仅能够提高学生审美能力、培养学生的美 术技能，同时，对于及时了解学生心理状况、疏导不良情绪、营造健康 的心理环境，也有着非常重要的作用。尤其是针对自闭、自卑以及受过 心理创伤的少年儿童，美术的疗伤意义就显得尤为重要。 在全面推广素质教育的今天，学生心理健康水平越老越受到家长、 学校以及全社会的重视，而如今青少年的心理健康状况着实令人担忧， 探索美术教育对青少年心理建设的引导作用，不仅能拓展美术教育学、 健康心理学和审美心理学理论，也可以对开展学校美术教育活动改善青 少年心理健康水平等实际应用方面起积极作用。 本文基于笔者多年的教学实践，通过理论研究、调查研究、个案研 究及对策研究等多个方面，对青少年美术教育在心理调节、心理疗愈方 面的可行性与操作性进行了较为详尽的阐述。旨在探明美术教育活动在 促进青少年心理健康水平发挥潜能方面的作用、特点和机制，寻求发挥 美术教育上述功能的途径与方法。并通过学校美术实践运用于预防青少 年心理问题、调控青少年心理状态和消除青少年心理障碍等方面取得经 验，总结美术教育促进青少年心理健康，特别是对已经表现出心理疾患 或有潜在心理问题的青少年群体的疏导矫正方法及规律，将其成功经验 予以推广。 关键词：美术教育，心理健康，投射，测试，艺术治疗 内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文ABETRACT 内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 ABETRACT As far as China’s cullrent an education system is concemed，fine arts education still focuses on arts knowledge and arts skills training，and neglects the essence of fine aIrts in expressing people’s f．eelings． In fact，as an important art form，the fine aIrts originates仃om people’s cognition for the world and self expression of emotion，also it is the interpretation of indiVidual’s psychological enVironment and mental state． The promotion of fine arts not only can improVe students’aesthetic ability and deVelop students’flne arts skills，but also play an signincant role in understanding students’psychological status and f．acilitating their undesirable mood so as to create a healthy psychological enVironment．Especially for autism，inferiority and children and teenagers with highly psychological trauma，the healing mnction of aIrts becomes its main purpose for it obViously exceeds arts’conventional education． In the comprehensiVe promotion of quality education，we pay renewed attention to students’psychological health．HoweVer，adolescent mental health status nowadays is of concem．ExpIoring an education’s guide significance on teenagers’psychological construction not only can outreach the f
