The construction of Huanglong digital platform and biodiversity database are helpful for discovering and reflecting human activities on the impact of nature. Meanwhile, the construction of Huanglong digital platform is conducive to the protection and research of Huanglong landscape and the biological diversity. It also provides basic data for the construction of ecological environment. Putting ArcEngine combined with database technology to the construction of Huanglong digital platform, which had realized the construction of the multi-scale basic geographic database and finished the management of digital platform with the integration of multiple data sources, multit-emporal and a varity of formats of fundamental geographic information data, that provides the basic platform for the protect of biological diversity; Reconstruction of three-dimensional digital model of mountain utilized remote sensing, GPS, GIS integration technology. The biodiversity database constructed by database and integration of geographic information technology, which had recorded and reacted biological resources information in Huanglong area; Through the construction of the space database, we can find the spatial distribution of rare animals and the relationship between them and the surrounding environment, that can provide the basis about the protection of animal and plant life.
