北方交通大学工程硕士专业学位论文 北方交通大学工程硕士专业学位论文 考虑服务水平的铁路设备能力利用研究 On Capacity Utility ofRailway Facilities Considering Service Levels ABSTRACT Reform toward socialism market economic system promotes the innovation of enterprise operational management system．There many changes among railway transportation under the environment．As the center of the railway transport operation，the work at marshalling stations faces lot of new challenges follows． First，there has been conflict between passenger and freight transport．The passenger trains starting in the evening and arriving in next morning，together with their speeding，greatly affect the balancing operation of freight trains，which catalyzes the insufficient capacity of railway stations Secondly，new changes train distributions have happened due to the operations of special luggage trains， express freight trains and the regular trains with fixed departure time and arrival time．This makes it necessary to rearrange the work of marshalling stations Thirdly，the competition among transport modes has been developed to the whole quality process of transportation from initial quantity．The market of railways has met serious challenge． It is therefore important to study the way to make reasonable of existing facilities by optimized organizations capacity．It is also problem to be solved to find the way to increase capacity by slight reconstruction to present equipments． This paper systematically analyzes the serious situation under the socialism market economic environment and studies the changes and new requirements related to railways enterprises including lines and stations Based above analysis，it emphasizes the intension of service quality railway transportation．A new methodology is advanced to evaluate facility capacityfrom the viewpoint cf level of service(LOS)．Four LOSs have been defined to determine the corresponding capacities with related parameters to railway lines and stations． Final
