⑩ ⑩ 硕士学位论文 MASTER’S THESIS 内容摘要 世纪伊始，我国新一轮基础教育课程改革以全新的理念，对原有的课程进 行了扬弃，体现我国课程制度和课程政策的根本性改变。但是课程改革美好理 想的实现需要相应的配套措施和支持系统。否则课程改革只能停留在观念的层 面而不能转化为现实的教育效果。科学课程资源的开发和利用就是科学课程改 革的支持系统。没有科学课程资源的支持，科学课程改革只是纸上谈兵。 本文分四部分：第一部分对课程资源内涵的分析界定，主要分析科学课程、 课程资源及其二者之间的关系；第二部分针对科学课程资源的问题进行剖析， 指出了科学课程资源建设中的薄弱环节；第三部分针对科学课程资源的问题进 行根源性分析，找出了科学课程资源短缺的深层原因；第四部分探讨了科学课 程资源短缺的对策。 本文的主要观点如下： 1．课程资源是课程形成的要素来源与课程实施的必要而直接的条件，是 构成课程系统中可资利用的～切人力、物力以及自然资源总和。课程系统包括 课程理念、课程设计、课程实施和课程评价等整个课程编制过程。课程资源是 课程支持系统。 2．目前科学课程资源建设与科学课程改革很不配套。主要表现以下几个 方面：教师资源缺乏；实物资源不配套；课程社区资源处于无组织状态；课程 网络资源启动较慢；课程资源结构严重失衡。 3．影响科学课程资源短缺的根本原因是：我国教育目的价值取向错位： 教育内容选择片面；教育评价制度单一。 4．要解决科学课程资源短缺的问题，关键是树立正确的课程资源观，完 善课程资源管理制度。 关键词：科学课程课程资源 AbstractAt Abstract At the beginning ofthe new century,a new round elementary education reform develop what is useful and healthy，discard what is not tO the former curriculums with new theories，and embody the foundmental change of the curriculum system and curriculum policy But the ideal needs coordinated measures and backup systems，or the curriculum reform will jlaSt be a dream that won’t come into reality but can’t bring about education resuk．The science curriculum resources means the backup systems of science curriculum reform，without the support of science curriculum，the science curriculum reform will fight only on paper The dissertation has four parts：the first part analysis and define the eormofation of curriculum resources，mainly on the relation of science curriculum and curriculum resources；the second part analysis the problem of the science curriculum resources，point OUt the vulnerable spot of the construction of the science curriculum resources；the third part dissects rootly the problems of the science curriculum resources，finds OUt the deep reason for the lack of the science CUrriculum resources；the fourth part discusses the measures for the science curriculum resources shortage． Main opinion is the following： 1．the science resource is the prerequisite and immediate cause of the essential fac
