Studies Studies on the reIationship between ci rouIation d i sturbance of choro i da I and the types of TCM syndrome SpeeiaI ity：OphthaImoIogy of TCM Author：0ing Hu Tutor；ruj fan Zhan Abstract Objective：This study was to describe and sumarize the circularion disturbanee of choroidal for three fundus ocul i disease using Indocya- nine Green Angiography(ICGA)and to investigate the relationship between circulation disturbance of choraldal and types of TCM syndrome which based on the TCM science． Methods：This research was to use self-control，cross—reference and cross—sectional survey．A series of 30 patients who met the the patients choroidal were divided into three groups based on theory of TCM． Indocyaaina Green Angiography(IcGA)were perforeed in these patients． we observed and analysed angiograms whether there were significant difference amony the three groups，and tried to prove that the syndrome type in 1硼was related with circulation disturbance of choroidal． ResuIts：1、It WaS found that there was a significant difference between the type of the type of l iver—kidney Yin deficiency and the type of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency in the incidence of early hyperfluorescence，PO．05／3．there was a significant difference between the type of the type of liver—kidney Yin deficieney and the type of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency in the incidence of dilatation of chore— idal vessels．But in the incidence of charoi dal hypefluorescence with pigment、choroidal hypofluorescence with bleeding、CNV、choraldal circulation and the incidence of oDtic disk with hyperfluorescence there were rlo significant differences amony the three types PO．0167．There was no evidence that they were d{fferent． 2、the type of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency’s is 60％higher than other groups in the choroidal hypofluorescence with pigment．However， it is can be concluded on the constituent ratio that the type of the type of of liver—kidney Yin deficiency’S is 50％．higher than other groups in the choroidal hypofluor
