专科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 该毕业设计介绍了可编程序控制器（PLC）和PLC控制系统的基本知识，包括PLC的定义、特点、分类、技术指标、基本结构、工作原理、硬件知识及PLC控制系统等相关知识。可编程控制器是以计算机技术为核心的通用自动化控制装置，它的功能性强，可靠性高，编程简单，使用方便，体积小巧。采用S7-200系列的PLC，设计了相应的系统软件，结合相应的硬件系统，设计了一个简单的全自动洗衣机控制系统，实现了洗衣机由进水，洗涤，排水，脱水，报警到自动停机的循环过程。 全自动洗衣机通过了可编程序控制器来实现洗涤过程，满足了对洗衣机运行的智能控制。此项设计对于提高学生的动手能力和帮助学生对一些理论知识的理解都具有积极的作用。 随着社会经济的发展和科学技术水平的提高，家庭电器全自动化成为必然的发展趋势。全自动洗衣机的产生极大的方便了人们的生活。洗衣机是国内家电业唯一不打价格战的行业，经过几年的平稳发展，国产洗衣机无论在质量上还是功能上都和世界领先水平同步。所以，通过此次设计，我们对实现一流全自动洗衣机有了具体的实践，相信全自动洗衣机将会有更广阔的市场前景。 关键词：可编程控制器；控制系统；高效节能。 Abstract This graduation design introduces the programmable logic controller （PLC ） and the b asic knowledge?of? its control system, including the definition , characteristics, classifying, indicators ， the basic structure and working mechanism, hardware knowledge and the relevance to PLC control systems.PLC is a general automation control device which based on PLC core of computer. It has a compact sizewith a strong functionality , high reliability, simple programming ,which is easily used. The PLC ,which belong toMitsubishis ,designs a simple auomatic washing machine,with a combinition corresponding software and hardware system,so it successfully realizes a washing cycle in water. ?The automatic washer,with the logical controlling successfully complete washing,which saves ?time and labour as well as improves the technology. This design plays anactivize role in improving students practicing and understanding of ?the theories concerned. ? With the development of economy as well as improvement of science and technology ,it is trend to realize the full automation.Automatic washing machine of great convenience to peoples lives.In our country, only the washing machine has a stable price in the electrical home? , after a few years of steady development , domestic the washing machine? with? the advanced level of the world?either in quality or function synchronize.
