贸易型企业库存管理系统研究与实现 贸易型企业库存管理系统研究与实现 万方数据 万方数据 贸易型企业库存管理系统研究与实现 摘 要 贸易型企业库存管理系统研究与实现（ Trade Enterprise Inventory Management System Theory And Implementation）是在传统的经典库存管理模型的基础之上，细化并 升华的一种适用于目前贸易型企业的一种新的模型。该模型着重讨论如何使得贸易型企 业的库存实现合理化。从当前贸易型企业所面临的各种业务状况，以及影响库存的实际 因素出发，逐渐形成了一套完整并且完善的模型体系，并将这种体系运用于实际业务系 统中。 本文基于实际贸易型企业的业务规则和业务流转方式，以及企业的运营方式，仔细 分析总结了贸易型企业用户、中层管理者以及管理层的各种需求，归纳出了具体的影响 贸易型企业库存及运营效率的因素，如实际需求数量,成本要素，采购周期，安全库存， 到货周期，到货误差，需求预测，现有库存，风险控制等等。同时借鉴了经典库存模型 的理论，形成了新的库存管理体系。 之后将库存合理化模型作为基本逻辑，开发了用于管理库存的业务系统。实现了以 库存合理化理论中为中心，采购管理，项目出货管理，预算管理，成本管理等几大模块 为支持的整体系统架构，使得库存合理化模型应用于实践。 在业务系统的开发与测试过程中，在达到了各个层面上用户的需求外，完全体现了 库存合理化模型。在实践中达到了合理控制库存的目的。 在该系统实施运行过程中，前期由于用户的操作以及认识上的缺陷，导致了一些问 题的出现，但在适应了系统操作方式，以及了解了库存管理理论后，实现了库存合理化 的预期，同时实现了企业数据信息的合理利用和及时收集，使得企业获得了高利润率的 回报。 库存合理化的模型是经典库存模型的升华，本模型从企业运营的各个层面出发，形 成了从需求到出货，从成本到获利，从管理到运营各个角度的完美统一，将模型与实际 完美结合在一起。从模型的角度讲，库存合理化模型得到了实际业务的证明，具有真正 I 的实践价值；从业务的角度讲，在获得了理论验证后，确认了管理模式的正确性，使得 企业更具有竞争力。 关键词 库存管理，采购，出货，成本 II TRADE ENTERPRISE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REASERACH AND IMPLEMENTATION ABSTRACT Trade Enterprise Inventory Management System Reaserch and Implementation is based on the traditional classic inventory management model. It is a new set of theory what refine and sublimate the basic inventory model and applicable to trade enterprise especially. This theory emphasizes to discuss how to make trade enterprise to realize the rationalization of the inventory. From the business cases and factors which affect the inventory, gradually formed a set of complete and fitable theory system, and this system will be applied to the actual business system.
