摘 摘 要 摘 要 我国的棉花标准规定，以棉花的成熟程度、色泽特征、轧工质量构成颜色级的 三个条件。但在检验过程中人们往往只重视颜色、成熟度，对轧工质量考虑较少， 导致一些棉机行业在设计加工设备时，用牺牲质量设计参数的办法来提高产量，棉 花加工企业也缺乏对轧工质量的重视。这项问题也已得到国家相关部门的高度重视， 单独建立轧工质量标准体系来考核棉花加工企业产品质量。 由中国纤维检验局组织，汇集棉花行业专家参与的 GB1103《棉花 细绒棉》标 准的制修订工作历时多年，是棉花质检体制改革的重要组成部分，将棉花轧工质量 作为衡量棉花质量的重要指标之一。我参与了棉花轧工质量项目的部分工作，对检 验过程中如何把握轧工质量的检验指标给予了界定和说明，从而构成了 GB1103《棉 花 细绒棉》新标准的重要组成部分。 本文通过对棉花加工和影响棉纤维轧工质量的因素进行了分析，并通过皮清机 和轧花机开车档次联合试验、排杂试验、清僵试验、毛头率试验、汇总试验等轧工 质量的影响试验及痴点对轧工质量的影响试验，详细分析了籽棉轧花加工、皮棉混 合、样品测试、标准制作等环节，根据外观形态、疵点种类及程度、索丝、软籽表 皮、僵片、破籽不孕籽、带纤维籽屑、棉结、总疵点粒数等指标，详细描述了轧工 质量分级以及实物标准情况，提出了提高轧工质量的措施，建立完整的涵盖棉花生 产、加工、使用和流通领域的轧工质量评价体系。 关键词 棉花；颜色级；轧工质量；分级；实物标准 I 河北科 河北科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The regulation of our country cotton standard, to maturity, the color characteristics of cotton, ginning quality constitute three conditional color level.
