摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 随着 Internet 技术及应用的迅速发展，在网上发布信息，搜集信息，已经成为 时代的主流，企事业单位由 C/S 结构逐步扩展到 B/S 结构，采用 B/S 结构来管理 已成为社会发展趋势。本人在对企事业单位车辆管理现状进行分析的基础上，根 据重庆科创职业学院车辆管理的特点，结合了网络技术、数据库技术、信息化管 理技术等先进的管理思想。采用了软件工程的方法和原理对系统进行可行性分析 研究，依据研究的成果，写出软件使用标准说明书，该使用标准说明书对重庆科 创职业学院将要开发的软件进行了详细的用户需求分析，明确了所要开发的系统 具有的功能结构、性能要求和界面要求，并在此基础上汇制了数据流图和 E—R 图， 为后期数据库设计和详细设计奠定了基础。 重庆科创职业学院车辆管理系统的设计与实现主要是针对学院车辆管理的日 常工作，有效的改善传统车辆管理工作流程，加强车辆的管理规范化和科学化， 从而提高学院车辆的使用和管理的效率，节约了车辆的使用和维修成本。车辆管 理平台是为实现学校车队的车辆档案、加油、里程等管理的应用软件，本应用软 件共分为四个功能模块，包括基础资料管理模块、日常业务管理模块、车辆监控 管理模块和查询统计报表模块。车队在使用这套应用软件，将大大减少了工作人 员手工的登记，手工调度，手工统计等重复工作。让车辆的管理更加规范化、科 学化、智能化，弥补了学院当前在车辆管理方面存在的缺陷和不足，为学院的发 展提供了强有力的保障。 目前软件公司用的比较多的系统开发语言有 Sum 公司的 JAVA 语言和 JSP，微 软的 ASP.NET，C#等，操作界面非常不错。本系统运用面向对象的编程方法，采 用目前较为流行 Visual Studio 2005 作为前台开发工具；后台是 SQL Server2005 数 据库；采用 B/S 结构来实现重庆科创职业学院车辆管理系统的设计与开发。 关键词：车辆管理，ASP.NET，SQL Server 数据库 AB ABSTRACT II II ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Internet technology and applications, Publishing and collecting information,which has become the mainstream of the times,the enterprises with the C / S structure has gradually extended to B / S structure, the use of B / S structure management has become a trend of social development.This thesis firstly analyzes the situation of the vehicle management in enterprises and institutions according to the features of vehich management in Chongqing Creation Vocational College, what;more, combinating the techonlogy of network, database technology, information management technology and other advanced management ideas.
