摘要 摘要 摘 要 民航机场生产运营系统是由若干个业务子系统按照民航机场生产环境的统一 要求，以保障机场运营安全和提高旅客服务质量为目的所构成一个功能系统集合。 2013 年民航生产统计报表显示，旅客流量突破大关的有 10 个机场，到之间的有 12 个机场。现场走访发现，除三大机场外其它中 心机场在这种规模的流量条件下，纷纷从不同的角度提出如何更好地解决机场生 产安全和提高效率的需求，而简单的增加业务系统数量，扩大信息化范畴并不能 有效解决该问题。问题的核心在于如何保证民航机场生产系统的可扩展性，在机 场规模和流量进一步扩大的同时，系统只需通过简单的配置就能实现业务系统的 接入和调整。 调研表明，针对枢纽机场这类流量规模的应用场景，原有的金字塔式的集中 控制调度管理系统存在诸多弊端：业务流程和组织结构自然融合，但耦合性太强； 外场指挥中心成为整个机场管理树的根节点，肩负了业务数据审核、确认、发布 和传递等任务，是运营模式的核心和生产运营的权利中心，但承担了过重的业务 处理，缺乏高效的业务响应。 本文以国内三大机场和国外枢纽机场的建设经验为基础，结合对国内机场的 专业认识，分析了一系列针对不同流量规模的业务运营模式；搭建了民航机场生 产运行信息智能交互平台体系架构的枢纽机场集成系统框架；明确了“异构集成平 台可扩展的架构”、“AMDB”、“业务系统的低耦合嵌入”等技术难题；并针对此智 能交互平台进行了管理数据库的系统设计和系统各业务功能的研究，为民航生产 运营的智能化发展提供了坚实的技术支撑。 关键词：枢纽机场，生产运行信息智能交互平台，管理数据库，业务系统 I AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Civil Airport Produce System is a functional integrated system based on many business subsystem which is according to Civil Airport Environment?s requirement and intent on guaranteing airport running security and improving service quality. According Airport Produce Statistics in 2013, there are 10 airports that passenger flow breaks 20 millions, and also 5 airports that passenger flow is between 12 millions and 20 millions. After we investigated, many center airports besides of 3 large airports put forward requirements how to solve airport produce security and improve efficiency, but increasing simply business system and extending informationization can not solve this problem effectively. The central problem is how to make airport produce system having expansibility. System can realize business system connecting and adjusting throngth simple configuration with the extending of airport scale and flow. Research indicates, according to the application scene of hub airport fow, the original pyramid-mode centralized control management system have many defects: business process and framework merge naturally, but conjunction is too strong; The out-field command center become the root of the whole airport management tree, and bear business data
