万方数据 万方数据 The Research of Green Port Planning Theories and Methods Abstract With the development of International Economy and Trade, the status of ports gradually improved. The port economic and environmental conflicts are apparent. Transforming the port planning value, updating the port planning epistemology and making economic and environmental coordinated development based on the eco-oriented are conducive to the prevention of port environmental pollution, optimizing the industrial development, promoting natural, economic and social development and the construction of green port. Nowadays, we put forward a slogan of green port construction. However, the researches of green port planning theories and methods are still in infancy. Therefore, the author have studied the green port planning and construction-related laws, regulations, standards, technical guidance, foreign ecological ports construction and practice, our ecological province, city and county’s building indicators, environmental protection planning, urban planning, water planning, marine planning, land use planning etc, and the content of the port environmental impact assessment. Based on the above , the author presents the theoretical system of green port planning, analyzes the internal and external situation, carries out the theoretical development by using multidisciplinary approaches, sums up the main points of green port planning, and evaluates green port planning combined with AHP and the modified model of grey number based on TWW function. Finally, the results of the theoretical system and planning methods of green port planning are applied to Dong Jia kou Port planning. And the port economic planning, port resource planning, environmental planning and natural - economic - social complex system planning are proposed.
