I I PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 本课题主要源于民航贵州空管分局对培训的需求，主要目的是构建和完善分 局的网络在线培训系统（以下简称系统），实现对分局员工培训的网络化和培训过 程管理的规范化。 通过对系统硬件环境的构建，软件系统的分析和测试，主要对以下几方面内 容做了研究： 1、系统网络环境的构建； 2、分析现有网络培训系统的现状和不足，更好地完善软件系统需求； 3、目前技术条件下，网络培训系统的架构分析以及技术选型； 4、根据空管分局培训系统的特点，实现系统中用户的细分权限管理； 5、以工作流方式实现员工培训的过程管理，解决培训过程缺乏管理的问题； 通过上述工作，结合本单位的具体情况和笔者近几年的学习和体会，深入分 析培训管理中存在的问题，构建了网络在线培训系统，解决了本单位网络培训的 基本需求，并全面提升了本单位员工培训管理的能力。 通过实际应用，在本单位的使用中达到了较好的培训效果，同时培训管理工 作的网络化还为单位节约了大约 70%的培训费用。 关键词：在线培训、工作流、过程管理、细分权限管理 ABSTRACT The main subject of the ATC from the Civil Aviation Branch of Guizhou, the demand for training, the main purpose is to build and improve the branch network of online training system (hereinafter referred to as system), to achieve the branch network and staff training in the standardization of the management training process .
