万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 20 世纪 80 年代初，随着中国改革开放和计划经济向市场经济的转轨，民办 教育从无到有。在国家政策的大力支持与社会需求的推动下，我国民办高等教 育的队伍越日益壮大，高等教育投资体制长期以来由国家财政独自承担的局面 逐渐改变，在一定程度上缓解了高等教育供求不平衡关系，为民办高等教育的 进一步发展提供更多实践及经验。云南 LW 学院正是在这种社会背景下，进行办 学。云南 LW 学院在发展过程中遇到一些问题，诸如：起步晚、底子薄、发展畸 形、投入不足、发展战略有待于完善等等。因此，本文以云南 LW 学院为研究对 象，运用相关方法和理论，对云南 LW 学院的发展战略作出较为深入的分析和实 证性研究，本文将战略管理结合云南 LW 学院自身实际情况相结合，采取理论联 系实践的方式，制定出适合自身发展的战略模式，拟解决其在发展过程中遇到 的难题。 本文研究主要包括四个部分：一是对云南 LW 学院的所处的外部环境进行分 析，一方面是云南 LW 学院所处的宏观环境，包括经济、政治、技术、社会和社 会文化环境五个方面。另一方面是对云南 LW 学院所处的行业环境进行分析；二 是云南 LW 学院的内部环境分析，本章对云南 LW 学院机构设置、专业设置、教 学资源、管理体制、师资队伍和招生就业方面内容进行详细分析，并对其进行 SWOT 分析；三是云南 LW 学院的战略选择及制定，本章根据 LW 学院的指导思想、 基本原则及人才培养模式改革三个方面提供相应的战略选择；四是云南 LW 学院 的战略实施和保障，诸如：办学形式多元化、资金投入保障、师资队伍建设保 障、政府支持、健全法律及良好社会环境。 本文基于云南 LW 学院发展的外部环境五力模型分析与内部环境 SWOT 分析 基础之上，提出适合云南 LW 学院发展战略——差异化战略，并提出保障差异化 战略实施的保障措施，希望以此解决云南 LW 学院发展遇到的问题，进一步提升 其在云南省办学层次，提升其在大学教育市场中核心竞争力。 关键词: 云南 LW 学院；发展战略；差异化战略；战略保障 3 Abstract In the early 1980, Chinas reform and opening up and the switch of planned economy to market economy, private education has experienced one to grow out of nothing. In the strong support of national policy and the social demand, driven by teams, the growing of private higher education in our country, has gradually changed the higher education investment system which has been borne by the national finance exclusive for a long time, relieving the contradictions of the higher education supply and demand imbalance, so it has cultivate a large number of talents for the society, and further promote the reform and development of higher education. LW college in Yunnan is in such a social context, to run a school. Yunnan LW college in the development process encountered some problems, such as: start late, weak foundation, development, investment, development strategy and so on.
