PAGE PAGE 3 摘要 经营绩效是一个企业生存与发展的根本，提高经营绩效是企业运作的目的 之一，本文主要从资本结构的角度来研究资本结构与经营绩效的关系及对提高 经营绩效的影响。从有关文献来看，行业因素是资本结构与经营绩效关系的影 响因素之一，缩小行业范围有助于使二者的相关关系更加明晰。煤炭行业作为 我国国民经济的基础产业，对我国经济的发展起了巨大的推动作用，其中上市 公司在经营管理等诸方面具有一定的代表性，因此本文主要以煤炭行业上市公 司为研究对象，分析研究资本结构与经营绩效的关系，并据此提出优化资本结 构提高经营绩效的建议。 本文以资本结构及经营绩效的有关基本理论为基础，对煤炭行业上市公司 2007 年至 2009 年的资本结构与经营绩效的有关指标进行分析，接着对样本公司这三年的资本结构与经营绩 效做实证研究来分析二者之间的关系。实证研究主要运用了主成分分析法，用综合绩效因子 作为反映企业经营绩效的指标与资本结构有关指标作线性回归和二次关系回归。实证研究结 果显示，二者的线性回归呈正相关关系，二次关系呈不太显著的倒 U 型，开口较大，但只出 现二者正相关的部分。最后根据煤炭行业上市公司资本结构与经营绩效现状分析及实证研究 结果，提出优化煤炭行业上市公司资本结构的建议，如适度提高长期负债水平、加强财务管 理、注重企业的可持续增长、强化资本运作能力、拓宽融资渠道等，为企业提高经营绩效发 挥一定的作用。本文建立了三个模型并加以对比分析，是本文的独特之处。 【关键词】煤炭上市公司，资本结构，经营绩效，实证研究 Abstract Operating performance is the basic of an enterprises survival and development, and is the power of economic development and social progress. In the system of market economy, improving the performance is one of the purposes of the enterprise operation. The main purpose of this paper is to research the influence of the capital structure acting on the operating performance with the capital structure as a starting point. Judging from the relevant literature, industry factor is one of influencing factors of the relationship between capital structure and operating performance. The coal industry is the basis of our national economy, and plays a great role in promoting the development of our country economy. Because the listed company has certain representativeness, the paper mainly studies the influence of the capital structure of the listed companies of the coal industry on the business performance and puts forward some suggestions which can optimize the capital structure. Based on the essential theories of capital structure and management performance, the paper analyzes some relevant indicators of coal industry listed companies from 2007 to 2009 combining the related theory, then do empirical study for these samples’ capital structure and operating performance.
