In this dissertation,based on data mining technology,through the comprehensive analysis for the voluntary data and relevant data of the candidates over the years,to explore the hidden useful rules between the voluntary data and the enrollment results,and this article establish a voluntary data analysis system,voluntary choice of the candidates can provided decision support to improve admission probability. In this thesis,carefully study and analysis of the theory of data mining,the data analysis system of voluntary detailed design work has the following main aspects: Firstly,the data mining algorithms are researched and improved.Traditional association rules algorithm needs to repeatedly scan the database to generate a large number of candidate sets,in this paper,a new association rules algorithm is presented based on the digraph chained storage structure,and the algorithm will not need scanning the database frequently by putting all the database records into multiple lists,and through effective pruning action, the complexity of the candidate sets generation is avoided,which is more rapid and easy to dig out the frequent item sets.As for the decision tree classification algorithm,we also simplify the original calculated formula of the information entropy,and utilize the property importance as
