缩放管换热器结构设计 伸缩管式热交换器在现代设施农业和农产品加工设备广泛应用于供热系统。缩放管 热交换器是一个关键组成部分。基于伸缩管在微小的裂缝常常出现在实际应用程序屮, 失败的现彖oANSYS有限元分析软件，扩展热交换器内部压力的作用下的应力分布进行了 讨论。结果表明，光管加工成伸缩管式热交换器后，波峰和波谷过渡区域的过渡产生更严 重的应力集中现彖。最大应力出现在波谷过渡的地方，许多比光管的压力相应的条件，还 有管厚度方向的压力梯度。通过分析影响变焦控制的最大应力强度因子，并得出最大应 力强度值最小时的最佳波形，实现最优缩放管换热器的结构设计提供了重要的解决方 案。 ［关键词］优化尺寸设计；设施农业；ANSYS；缩放换热管 Abstract Converging-diverging Tube Heat Exchanger, The expansion tube is a critical component, is widely used in modern installation agriculture as well as heating system for agricultural products processors. Regarding failure phenomenon such as the frequent small cracks in converging-diverging tube in practical use, this paper, with the application of ANSYS, discusses the stress distribution of Converging-diverging Tube Heat Exchanger when under internal pressure. The results demonstrated that when light tubes were processed to Converging?diverging Tube Heat Exchanger, Severe stress concentration occurs in the transition of wave crest and trough. The peak stress is located near the transition location of the trough, which is much stronger than the light tube in the same situation, and what more, there was stress gradient in the direction of the height of the tube.
