The Status and Challenges of Yemens International trade the conventional political economy model in which politicians implement policies motivated by self-interest in the interaction with various interest groups[36],[38]. purpose of Study The study importance comes from the importance of this critical issue and the economy of Yemen External trade (exports import) especially exports and related obstacles problems to the Yemeni trade are considered as one of the important issues owing priority duo to the following reasons: (1) The main constraint on development of external trade is not only the deficit of the local reserves, but foremost in the deficit of available foreigner cash. Even more specifically, exportation weaknesses are common among many developing countries and especially for the less developing countries. Yemen is one of the less developing countries that gives exportation activity a special importance in the development issue. (2) Arising new challenges in the global field, produced by sequential economic changes(international local), especially new improvements in the international trade system. Some remarks on some special opinions about the study topic: (1) Trade activity was the core of the merchants’ interests and their thoughts in encouraging exports until the present time. This assures continuance of the common belief that the exports volume is one of the power signs in the economic state structure. (2) Trade contributes through the exportation activity in: (a) selling the excess product(b) support the state with a new effective order to its products.
