PAGE PAGE 5 摘 要 国际贸易是世界经济发展的重要组成部分，随着经济全球化的不断发展，经 济体之间的贸易联系日益紧密，贸易便利化也逐渐受到各国的关注与重视。中国 作为世界上最大的发展中国家之一，在国际贸易中占有举足轻重的地位，提高贸 易便利化水平、改善对外贸易结构成为促进国民经济发展的重要途径。本文主要 针对贸易便利化的发展及其对中国外贸的影响展开研究，重点在于贸易便利化评 价指标体系的构建，并应用该指标体系对引力模型进行扩展，说明贸易便利化对 中国外贸，尤其是出口贸易的重要影响，进而提出提高我国贸易便利化水平的政 策建议，主要包括重视贸易法规环境建设、提高海关通关效率、促进与周边国家 的经济往来、加强交通运输基础设施建设、加强国际交流合作等。 关键词：贸易便利化，评价指标，引力模型 Abstract International trade is an important part of the development of the world economy. With the continuous development of economic globalization, trade between the economies increasingly interlinked and trade facilitation has been paid more and more attention. As one of the worlds largest developing countries, China plays a decisive role in international trade. Improving the level of trade facilitation and the structure of foreign trade has become an important way to promote the development of China’s national economy. This paper focuses on the development of trade facilitation and its impact on foreign trade of China. The main point of this paper is building the evaluation index system of trade facilitation and applying this index system to extension of the gravity model, which can prove its important impact on China’s foreign trade, especially on export trade. At last, the author puts forward some policy suggestions on improving the level of Chinas trade facilitation, including paying attention to trade laws and regulations environment construction, improving efficiency of customs clearance, promoting economic trade with neighboring countries, strengthen the construction of transportation infrastructure and international communication and cooperation, and so on.
