II II Abstract With the continuous development of globalization and information technology, the traditional economy based on the investment of labor, capital, and natural resources be in transition to the new economy based on the development of knowledge and technology, and that is consistent with the background of vigorously promoting industrial restructuring, adjustment and upgrade of the county. However, the upgrade of the industry have to be supported by the innovation of management. With the enhancement of the dynamic and competitive, the company are required to make timely respond to the subtle changes of the macroeconomic environment and their competitors, then the company themselves should have a very innovation and learning ability. In this paper，we can take the Mendale Textile which is the leader of textile industry for example. From the management of innovation theory, we can explore Mendale’s aspects of the theory, the system, the structure and the way to find some problems of the current management system. Meanwhile, learning from the institutional change theory, we can design the better system to optimize the Mendale Textile’s management system. Meanwhile, we relist four safeguards for our report, specifically: (1) With foster an entrepreneurial spirit as the leading factor;(2) With foster an enterprise culture as the support factor;(3) With improve execution as the protection factor factor; (4) With application of information technology as the basic factor. At last, we looking into the future research direction and combine the problems of the article. The author believes that the study of management innovation in the future should be based on the implementation of specific steps and innovation compatible, thus enriching the theory of management innovation, to provide theoretical support for Chinese enterprises to deal with the fierce competition.
