Conclusions: The results indicated that the number of L-type calcium channel of PSMCs increased in CAP.It might cause the Ca2+ inflow and induce smooth muscle tension in prostate ,blade outlet and pelvis floor Otherwise,L-type calcium channel play an important role in sustaining chronic pain,So we speculated that L-type calcium channel involved in the mechanism of CAP.
