视神经损伤的临床治疗与疗效分析 周一鸣颜美荣彭晓 (解放军第一六三医院眼科湖南长沙410003) 【摘 要】目的：分析外伤性视神经损伤临床药物治疗方法并对比观察治疗 效果。方法：以我院2009年7月?2013年7月因外伤所致视神经损伤的58例患 者为研究对象，采用回顾性分析方法，甲泼尼龙组34例主要给予甲基强的松龙 治疗，地塞米松组24例主要给予地塞米松治疗，此外均给予脱水剂，血管扩张 剂，神经营养类药物辅佐治疗。结果：治疗前两组患者在年龄、性别及视神经损 伤程度上没有统计学意义(X2=4.327,P=0.115)o治疗后甲泼尼龙组与地塞米松组之 间存在统计学差异(X2=8.628,P=0.035),甲泼尼龙组与地塞米松组有效率分别为 47.06%、20.83%。在治疗时间上，甲泼尼龙组与地塞米松组8h内给予与8h后给 药存在统计学差异。结论：外伤性视神经损伤患者甲泼尼龙治疗与地塞米松治疗 疗效存在差异，但差异不显著。且糖皮质激素治疗对治疗时间，治疗疗程以及患 者细胞膜类固醇受体饱和程度有关，因此治疗应根据患者实际情况灵活选择。 【关键词】外伤性视神经损伤；地塞米松；甲基强的松龙；临床治疗；疗效 分析 【中图分类号1R774.6 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号11003-5028(2015 ) 6-0515-01 Analysis of Clinical Treatment and Curative Effect of 58 Cases with Optic Nerve Injury ZHOU Yiming [Abstract] Objective: to analysis the clinical drug treatment for injury and observe the therapeutic effect of contrast for traumatic optic nerve.
