谈如何加强施工企业中劳务管理 摘要：随着我国建筑行业的飞速发展，建筑劳务公 司应运而生。劳务分包企业为工程甲方提供优质的服务，同 时保障农民工的权益与企业利益，因此提高劳务管理是三方 受益。目前劳务公司的劳务管理存在企业资质低、合同管理 不完善、劳务人员素质水平不高等一系列问题，因此，劳务 公司必须加强劳务管理以适应工程建设发展要求。只有这样 才能充分利用社会劳动力资源，实现施工企业施工现场管理 层与作业层的有机衔接和有效运作，防止施工现场质量安全 管理流于形式，确保建设工程质量和施工安全。本文介绍了 工程劳务公司管理存在的问题，提出了解决措施以调节与施 工单位和劳务人员的关系，实现三方共赢。 关键字：施工；劳务管理；企业资质；劳务合同 Abstract： with the rapid development of China， s construction industry, building services company arises at the historic moment.
