重组人白介素在防治鼻咽癌放射性口腔粘膜炎的疗效观察 蓝余锐张绪慧汤新跃 (广东省第二人民医院广东广州510317) 【摘要】目的观察重组人口介素-11( IL-11)在防治鼻咽癌放射治疗相关性 口腔粘膜炎的疗效。方法 选取2013年3月?2014年12月在我院肿瘤科就诊的 鼻咽癌患者58例，随机分为重组人白介素组(n=30)及生理盐水组(n=28), 从放疗第一天开始至放疗，当两组患者出现II级及以上口腔粘膜炎时予常规对症 处理。观察两组黏膜炎发生率，发生时间，反应程度及不了反应等。结果1 ?重 组人白介素组和对照组I级与III级粘膜炎发生率分别为46.7%和3.60%, 16.7% 和42?8%(Plt;0?05)； 2?在照射剂量达20Gy及30Gy时,白介素组口腔粘膜炎 发生率分别为33.3%和63.4%,而对照组分别为78.5%和21.5%(Plt;0.05)； 3?白 介素?□组出现粘膜炎的时间是中位18天,对照组是中位天(Plt;0.05)； 4. 重组人口介素?口和对照组III级粘膜炎平均持续时间分别为8.2天和11.4天 (Plt;0.05)o结论重组人白介素含漱对防治鼻咽癌放射性口腔粘膜炎有较好 的效果，明显推迟口腔粘膜反应出现时间，缩短粘膜修复时间，粘膜反应程度多 为【级，值得临床推广。 【关键词】重组人白介素鼻咽癌；口腔粘膜炎；放射性治疗 【中图分类号】R730.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2015) 16-0055-03 clinic observation of compound recombinant human interleukin-11 solution in prevention and treatment of radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis reaction in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma Lan Yu-Fan, Zhang Xu-Hui, Tang Xin-Yue(Guangdong N?2 Provincial Peoplersquo;s Hospital, Guangzhou, Guangdong, 510317) 【Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of recombinant human interleukin-11 (IL-11) in treatment of oral mucositis related with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) radiotherapy.
