重组组织纤溶酶原激活剂预防带隧道带涤纶套导管阻塞的效果观察 (西电集团医院肾内科血液净化室 陕西 西安710077) 【摘 要】目的：探讨定期应用重组组织纤溶酶原激活剂(rt?PA)预防带隧 道带涤纶套导管(TCC)阻塞的效果。方法：将62例维持性血液透析患者随机分 为：常规组、尿激酶组和rt?PA组。3组间进行两两比较，对比分析每次透析前 抽吸不畅发生率、透析屮需干预事件的发生率、透析血流量、透析静脉压、并发 症(出血、感染)情况等。结果：在透析前抽吸不畅发生率、透析屮需干预事 件的发生率、透析静脉压方面，rt?PA组低于尿激酶组和常规组，尿激酶组低于 常规组(P0.05)。rt?PA组透析血流量大于尿激酶组(P0.05)和常规组(P 0.01),尿激酶组大于常规组(PV0.05)。3组间在发生出血、感染并发症方面差 异无统计学意义(P0.05)o结论：在应用肝素常规封管的基础上定期加给rt?PA 封管，可以安全、有效地预防TCC阻塞，增加透析血流量。 【关键词】带隧道带涤纶套导管；重组组织纤溶酶原激活剂；血栓形成；预防 【屮图分类号】R743 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1004-6194 (2015) 02-0430-02 The clinical effect of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator o n preve ntion oft unn eled cuffed catheter thromboki nesis WU Jin, FAN li, MU mili Nephrology Department’Xian Electric Group Hospital, Shanxi 710077, China 【Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of using recombinant tissue plasminoge n activator (rt-PA) for preve ntion oft unn eled cuffed catheter(TCC) thrombokinesis.
