阿司匹林联合氯毗格雷治疗急性脑梗死 的临床效果 党卫军蒋建华宋昌军李娟 陕西省森工医院神经内科 摘要： 口的探讨急性脑梗死治疗屮应用阿司匹林联合氯毗格雷的临床效果。方法将我 院收治的120例急性脑梗死患者随机分成试验组与对照组，每组60例。试验组 患者给予阿司匹林联合氯毗格雷治疗;对照组单服拜阿司匹林。比较两组患者的 缺血事件再发率，治疗前、后的NIHSS评分与Barthel指数、hs-CRP水平及血 小板聚集率。结果试验组治疗后缺血事件再发率明显低于对照组，差异具有统 计学意义(P0. 05);治疗后，两组患者的NIIISS评分与Barthel指数均优于治 疗前，且试验组上述指标评分明显优于对照组(P0. 05);治疗后，两组患者的 血浆hs-CRP水平和血小板聚集率均优于治疗前，且试验组明显优于对照组 (P0. 05)。结论 阿司匹林联合氯毗格雷的治疗效果与安全性高于单服阿司匹林, 具有临床推广价值。 关键词： 急性脑梗死;阿司匹林;氯毗格雷; 作者简介：党卫军(1979-)，男，汉族，陕西商洛人，主治医师。研究方向： 神经内科疾病的诊断与治疗。 Clinical effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction DANG Wei-jun JIANG Jian-hua SONG Chang-jun LI Juan Department of Neurology, Shaanxi Sengong Hospital; Abstract： Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty acute cerebral infarction patients admitted in our hospi tai were ran-domly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The expcrimcntai group received aspirin combined with clopidogrel, and the control group received aspirin. The ischemic event recurrence rate, NIHSS score, Barthel index, hs-CRP level and platelet aggregation rate before and after treatment were compared bet wee n the two groups. After treatment, the NIHSS scores and Barthel indexes were better than those before treatment, and those indexes scores above of the experimental group were better than the control group (P0. 05) . After treatment, the hs-CRP 1 evel s and platelet aggregation rates were better than those before trcatment， and those of the experimcntai group were better than the control group (P0.05) . Conclusion The efficacy and safety of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction are higher than aspirin alone, which should be widely used in clinic. Keywor
