万方数据 万方数据 THE RESEARCH ON DEVELOPING STRATEGY OF JM SOFTWARE COMPANY IN CHINA ABSTRACT After the impact of the financial crisis, Chinas economic development environment has changed dramatically, and the transformation of Chinese enterprises is an inevitable trend. Chinese enterprises should actively make use of the new technological developments to vigorously promote independent innovation. At the same time, in order to support independent innovation of Chinese enterprises, the government will put more emphasis on the protection of intellectual property, which is also conducive to the development of the software industry. This paper, through analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of American JM industrial design software company in China, aims to work out the American company’s development strategy in China, in order to improve the effectiveness of business decision-making. In addition, by making use of Chinas scientific and technological innovation at current rapid development period, enterprise will be able to provide more research and development software tool products for Chinese customers, to make some contribution to the development of Chinese enterprises. Firstly, this paper does analysis of the companys external environment, including macroeconomic environment and industry development environment, and uses Porters five forces model to analyze the companys competitive environment.
