Britain is an island in the Atlantic that lies to the west of Gaul .Compared with Rome ,the island’s civilization fell behind for nearly one thousand years before the Caesar invaded.Through comparing and analysis of the previous social conditions, the paper can illustrate the achievement of the the operation and management clearly ,from which we get the deep inspiration . The text will be divided into six parts that consist of introduction,the previous Roman Britain and the invasion of Roman troop ,the management of Roman in Britain,the economical exploitation of Roman in Britain,the cultural transmission of Roman in Britain and the influence of the operation. The first chapter expound the objective and significance of the research and the research status at home and abroad. The second chapter will expound the pe-Roman Britain and the invasion of Roman troop.It consists of the natural environment , the structure of residents and social, the development of civilization and the invasion of Roman troop.The third chapter will discuss the military and administrative management .It consists of military garrison ,public administration and the construction of town and country.The forth chapter will discuss the economic field.It consists of the exploitation of agricultural industry,the scale expansion of handicraft industry and the strengthening of the commerce and trade.The fifth chapter will discuss the cultural field.It consists of the input of Latin and the integration of faith . The sixth chapter will discuss the influence of the Roman operation and management . It consists of the comparison of the initial expectation and the reality,the advance of communication and fusion of different cultures .It also gets the enlightenment from the study. Key Wor
