赣州市某高校学生吸烟行为及控烟态度 调查分析 林芬黄仁发邱伟欧阳璐黄园玲 赣南医学院预防医学系赣南医学院赣州市疾病预防 控制中心 摘要： 目的:调查赣州市某高校学生的吸烟行为发生状况，掌握其控烟的态度和控烟知 识知晓情况，为制定针对高校大学牛群体的控烟措施提供参考依据。方法:釆用 分层整群抽样方法，抽取赣州市某高校医学专业及非医学专业学生(从大一到 大三)共476名，采用自填问卷方法，调查了解吸烟行为发生状况、其控烟的态 度和对控烟知识知晓情况。结果:在424个有效调查样本中，尝试吸烟率为 31. 13%,男生吸烟率高于女生吸烟率(x2=29.49, P0.05),不同年级吸烟率 不同或不全相同，差异有统计学意义(x^7?9 P0.05);医学专业学牛的尝 试吸烟率为26.58%,现吸烟率为7. 17%;非医学专业学生尝试吸烟率为36. 90%, 现吸烟率为13. 37%;医学专业学生尝试吸烟率和现在吸烟率均低于非医学专业 25.19, P0. 05; x2=5. 48, P0. 05);医学专业大学生控烟态度和控烟知识知 晓情况得分均高于非医学专业大学生,有统计学意义(t=2.57, P0.05;t=2.20, P0. 05)。结论:医学专业学生吸烟率低于其他专业学牛，应重点提高非医学专 业学生的控烟态度与知识知晓情况。 关键词： 大学生;吸烟;控烟态度; 作者简介：邱伟，男，副教授。E-叱订:qw21046@163. com 收稿日期:2016-10-02 基金：赣州市社会科学研究课题(编号：16466) Analysis of college students‘ smoking status and attitudes to tobacco controlfrom a college in tobacco control from a college in Ganzhou city LIN Fen HUANG Ren-fa QIU Wei OU YANG Lu HUANG Yuan-ling Department of Preventive Medicin, Gannan Medical University; Ganzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention; Gannan meical University; Abstract： Objective: To Analysis college students smoking status and attitudes to tobacco control from a college in Ganzhou city, to develop and provide reference and a basis for tobacco control measures for college students.
