Study Study on the Precaution of Individual Housing Loan Credit Risk of Commercial Bank Abstract As the deepening of the urbanization process and reformation of housing system of both rural and urban areas in Our nation,the real estate industry,as one of the pillar industries of national economy,has get a quick development in recent years．The self-owned houses rate calculated by family has reached above 80％，and the output value of construcfion industry and real estate industry has occupied nearly 1 0％of the GDE Under this background，the real estate credit，which has a close relationship with real estate industry,has developed more and more quickl弘and at the same time it has pushed the real estate industry to obtain a further development．Meanwhile，under the favorable credit policies and the more and more supporting measures for individual housing loan，it has been the focus that how to promote the individual housing loan and make it be the real financial supporting method of estate industry．However,the precaution of the individual housing loan risks，especially the credit risk,is most important．According to all of above，this thesis has come out base on the pre—researches and the authors’own study 011 it． Risk management has been regard as the core function of commercial bank by the modern financial theory,and the New Basel had brought forward higher requirement for the building of risk management frame．This thesis will analyze the situation of the precaution of individual housing loan credit risk lengthways and breadthwise，using the method of actual evidences and data analysis．And basing 011 the research Oil the precaution of individual housing loan credit risk aboard，the thesis will put forward the precaution system for individual housing loan credit risk which contains both the environment construction from the outside and the management improvement from the inside the commercial bank in China． key words： individual housing loan；credit risk n 西北大学学位论文知识产权声明书 西北大学学位
