AbstractWith Abstract With the development accelerating of internet of things and smart city construction process，aU kinds of information construction projects and system integration projects show the characteristics of high technology,high investment，time tight and on，and the risk of delivery guaranteeing quality and time becomes greater．In order to further analyze the risk characteristics of the project constructed by China Telecom Kunshan branch，that is Kunshan bus intelligent monitoring project，according to risk management of modem project management and Post-project Evaluation theory,we research the problem．The research results Can accumulate necessary experience for the same type of project construction，SO this research has practical significance． In this thesis，we make the life cycle of Kunshan intelligent monitoring project main line， WBS，responsibility matrix and scheduled plan to describe the main contents ofthe project plan well implementation process．For the project planning and implementation process，we analyze the risk of Kunshan bus intelligent monitoring project by following steps risk planning， risk identification，risk analysis，risk response and monitoring in accordance with the theory of project risk management．On the other hand，according to theory of Post-project Evaluation，we make post evaluation on Kunshan bus intelligent monitoring project from four aspects of the project objective evaluation，the project implementation process evaluation，the project economic and social benefit evaluation and project sustainability evaluation．The risk analysis and evaluation results Can provide useful reference for the communication operators when they take risk management and post evaluation in the construction of new projects． Key words：project management，risk management，post evaluation，information project， degree evaluation II 万方数据 目录第一章绪论 目录 第一章绪论 ．1 1．1论文研究背景、目的和意义 ．1 1．1．1论文研究背景 ．．1 1．1．2研究目的及意义 j 一3 1．2相关文献综述 ．3 1．2．1项目管理应用方面 ．．3 1．2．2项目风险管理方面 ．．4 1．2．3项目
