河南科技人学硕：1卜学位论文THE 河南科技人学硕：1卜学位论文 THE COMPUTER AIDED PLANNING SYSTEM oF CoLD EXTRUSIoN PROCESS ABSTRACT Many companies are paying more and more attention to Cold Extrusion Pressing，with modern manufacturing industries developing to little or no cutting in process of manufacture．According to the characteristics of the deformation of extrusion，we can modify the drawing of the parts properly，and then make them have good extrusion performance during the design of extrusion parts．As a result of thi s，it i s evident that the feasibility analysi s of extrusion process and the rationality of the design of extrusion parts are becoming more and more important for producing good quality and high economic efficiency extrusion products．All those need the accumulation of knowledge in practice during a long period of time． If we classify the processes of the parts with similarity，and establish extrusion process databases by adopting the methods of unification，generalization，serialization and combination，we can establish an extrusion process design expert system according to some principles．By using the expert system，we can shorten the production cycle，accumulate much design experience，make the designers quickly master the main points of extrusion design，and set up the foundation t七 for the exploitation of new products．In addition，it can reduce repeatability labor through standardization process analysi s． This paper is based on some previous extrusion process analysis system．Based on Visual Basic it i S developed and can de sign extrusion process and mould on Windows operating system．By adoption of the ll 摘要EXP 摘要 EXP technology we have establi shed a more practical extrusion process Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP)system based on SolidWorks． All these prove that the research is successful and effective． KEY WORDS： Cold Extrusion，Process design，Standardization， Computer Aided Process Planning 产 ^ 第1章绪论第1章绪 第1章绪论 第1章绪 论 §1．1引言 本章分析了课题的来源和意义，介绍了国内外计算机辅助工艺 规划发展的概况与发展趋势，
