AbStractVillager AbStract Villager autonomy is one of the 如ndamental mles of socialist democracyj and it is ve叫important to ensure that the Villagers really haVe the right to manage themselves．The Villager-autonomy right(Ⅵ气T for short) is an essential notion in the theories of Villager autonomy． Exploring the related issues with the＼Ⅺand then deeply understanding mis notion is valuable in both theory and practice．However，until this paper is completed，not much research has been done in this area and a lot of problems haVe been well considered yet． In this p印er I use systemic analysis combined with real case study to discuss me implementation of theⅥ姐1仔om the aspects of the constitution theory and the constitutionalism．In this p印er，there are fiVe sections．In the 6rst section，I analVze the intension and extension of the 、厂AT．Furthermore，I i11ustrate the imponance of the VAT in the aspect of the constitution theoIy．In section two，I discuss the principles of the VrAT realization，i．e．，validity principle，justice principle，democracy principle， f．easibility principle and adVamage principle．In section t11ree，I discuss Dossible processes and modes to realize me VAT．Section four focuses on the discussion the issues encountered during the practice of、vⅪ，such as lacks in the lawmaking， institutional drawbacks in the current legal system， foundational regimes’ improper interferences to the implementation of、厂AT’conflictions between the organizations of the reigning party and the organizations of Villager autonomy’dissimilation of the、，AT’and so on．In section fiVe，I propose a s01ution to improVe the mechanism of the VAT realization，corresponding to the issues discussed in sectinTl four Key words：Ⅵ11ager ALutonomy，Theo叫Foundation， Realization Mechanism II 论村民自治权的实现引言和文献综述 论村民自治权的实现 引言和文献综述 “村民自治寄托着中国农民以及一切追求民主与自由的人们的 美好理想，它充分体现了人民当家作主的理念，是村民自由理念实现 的途径；法律对村民自治权利的确认，是对村民权利理念的确认，也 是对村民自由、民主追求的支持；是一种与国家形态民主相联系的非 国家形态民主，是一种直接民主制度，是社会主义民主最广泛的实践， 也是社会主义民主本质的体现，开辟了一条农村社会主义民主建设的 新路子。① 实践
