Xiangyang power plant sewage treatment station currently used DAT-IAT and biological contact oxidation process, the tail water cannot reach the town sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard (GB18918-2002) level of B standard, so can not be directly reuse, need to be mentioned standard transformation, make the tail water to fulfill the requirements of reclaimed water, and in order to prevent the ammonia nitrogen on the corrosion of copper tubes, the ammonia nitrogen concentration of reclaimed water must be controlled below 1 mg/L. At the scene of the xiangyang thermal power plant, the contrast test of small dynamic in this study selects the two-stage BAF and MBR.Which was conducted to provide technical support for sewage treatment craft mentioned standard transformation and reclaimed water reuse engineering design and operation. The raw water of xiangyang thermal power plant sewage treatment plant as input for this test, respectively, compared the two BAF and MBR operating conditions at the start-up stage; comparing the two processes running in a stable stage, under different loadind conditions as well as different influent dissolved oxygen concentration, investigates the two processes of COD, ammonia nitrogen, TN, TP, SS removal. Analyse the water level of comprehensive of the two processes for based on the correlation of the removal of contaminants .Got the following conclusions: The start-up phase, both processes using artificial inoculation sludge, then stuffy aeration. In the case of the inflow of 0.5L / h, two kinds of process for COD, ammonia nitrogen, TN and SS can achieve effluent quality requirements, but for TP removal, wasnt up to standard.
