Capital withdraw, it needs a new infusion of funds, which caused the new round cross-border mergers. By analyzing the context of the new round cross-border mergers, understanding the nature of new cross-border mergers correctly. On the basis of understanding the cross-border mergers situation of Chinese enterprises, Chinese enterprise should choose what kind of global strategy to deal with the new round of cross-border mergers, putting forward several of countermeasures and proposals, such as strengthening the cultivation of talents, laying the foundation for the enterprise overseas acquisitions, formulating clear strategic objectives, taking a flexible and gradual acquisition strategy and a smooth interdisciplinary approach, when making acquisition decisions better handle the relationship between going out and take back and so on. Research Chinese enterprises’ global strategy under the new cross-border mergers, in order to improve Chinese enterprises competitive advantage.
