摘要 石油化工企业属于连续化生产企业，对设备的使用可靠性要求很高，很多企 、业在设备管理上都要把设备时靠性放在第一位。多年来世界各国在研究设备可靠 性管理方面做了大量的工作，但对石油化工企业应用的设备可靠性进行系统的研 究还是近几年的事情。石油化工业作为国家的支柱产业，在国民经济的发展过程 中起着举足轻重的作用，其生产特点和应用的设备特性决定了设备可靠性的重要 性。 、 本文在总纬国内外设备管理理论、方法与经验的基础上，深入分析了兰州石 化分公司设备管理的现状，提出兰州石化设备可靠性管理存在的问题，着重在维 修模式选择、状态检测技术及状态维修、规?自检修质量、提高设备信息化建设等 方面进行了研究。提出兰州有化设备可靠性管理的改进思路，第一，针对兰州有 化现状，依据可靠性、安全性、经济忡原则提出应根据设备的具体情况选择设备 维修模式:第二，强化兰州石化的状态检测技术，实现关键设备的状态维修:第 三，引进大连四太平洋石袖化工有限公司规范检修作业行为的理念，实现披检修 作业规程进行检修:第四，提出构建适合于兰州有化的设备维修信息及支持组织 决策的信息系统…PIMS 的思想。 关键词:设备，可靠性管理，状态维修，检修规程， PIMS ABSTRACT Petrolchemical enterprise belongs to continuous production indus町，也e using assurance of the equipment is required important，and so the reliability of equipment is put into the 伽st place in the equipment management in many ente叩rises.
