武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abst 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abst ract At present，International technology transfer has become the main content of the international economy and technology cooperation．By introducing sophisticated technology from abroad，the developing countries can accelerate their OWD_technology improvement and cultivate their own technology capability． The multinational corporation is the great power in the world economy．The technology transfer is the important component of the economy activity of the multinational corporations，which is promoting the technological progress and quickening the economic development of many countries。The multinational corporations are grasping the advanced technology of the world，They export the technology for gaining the profits by technology transfer,enlarging the scope of technology application and developing the new technology to achieve the most interests．The major purposes of the host country are that realizing the development strategies of native economy and society and improving the levels of technology,and accordingly accelerating the progress of technology． The different motives Can give rise to mutual influence and conflict of interest between the multinational corporation and the host country in the course of the technology transfer inevitably．It is a problem worth to lucubrate that how to utilize their relations to make the host country can introduce the advanced technology of the multinational corporation more availably tO promote the technological progress．This thesis is based on the current theories of international technology transfer,analyses the technology transfir mode of the multinational corporation and the influences to the host country,builds up a reasonable game model，raises a set of effective evaluation system of target choosing of the host country technology introduction．At last，it brings forth the countermeasures oftechnology introduction in our country． Keywords：The multinational corporation，Technology transfer,Technolo
