荔枝叶化学成分的研究2002级有机化学专业研究生黄绍军 荔枝叶化学成分的研究 2002级有机化学专业研究生黄绍军 导师义祥辉教授陈全斌高1: 中文摘要 荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn.)是一种高价值的驱热带水果,国内研究得较多的是荔枝核的 化学成分及药理作用,对丁荔枝叶只有微量元素的报道。药理研究表明荔枝叶的石油醚提取 物有抗炎、止痛、解暑消滞及收湿敛疮等作用。本论文主要从以t--个方面对荔枝叶进行了 研究T作: 1.利用RP-HPLC法,采用保留时间定性,证实了荔枝叶水提物的水解产物中含有槲皮 赛与山奈酚;并且通过硅胶柱层析、重结晶的方法分离得到了槲皮素与山奈酚;证实了荔枝 叶中含有以槲皮素和山奈酚为甙元的黄酮甙。 2.以荔枝叶为原料,水提物经大孔树脂吸附、80%乙醇洗脱、无水乙醇精制,得到荔 枝叶总甙。再经硅胶柱层析,薄层制备,HPLC制备和重结晶等方法从荔枝叶中分离得到了 6个化合物,经过光谱和化学方法检测,证实其中2个咀本脂素为甙元,它们是:4,4’,9 7一三羟基一3,3 7一二甲氧基一苯基四氢萘木脂素-9-0—13一D-毗哺核糖甙和4,4’,9’一三羟 基一3,5,3’一三甲氧基~苯基四氢荼小脂素一9—0一B—D-吡喃核糖甙;另外2个以槲皮素为甙 元,它们是:槲皮素~3加一[o~L一鼠李糖基(I一2)一13一D-半乳糖]_7一O—a—L一鼠李糖甙和槲皮 紊一3—0一a—L一鼠李糖一7一O一[n—L-鼠李糖基(1—2)一13一D-葡萄糖]甙;其余2个以山奈酚为 甙元,它们是山奈酚一3—0一o~L-鼠李糖一7—0_[q—L一鼠李糖基(1--2)一0一D一、p乳糖]甙和山 奈酚-3—0一o-L一鼠李糖一7-0-[a—L一鼠李糖基(1-2)一13一1)-葡萄糖]甙。 3.以槲皮素、山奈酚为标准品,使用HPLC法测定了荔枝叶中总黄酮的含量,第一次 提出荔枝叶中总黄酮含量与黄酮甙元含量的换算公式,并确定了换算系数为2.55。 关键词:荔枝叶化学成分分离纯化黄酮含量HPLC Studies Studies on Chemical Constituents jn leaves of Litchi chinensis Abstract Lltchiis a kind of fruit of high nutritive and economic value.planted in the subtropics.At present.the studies are mainly aimed at chemicaI constituents or pharmacological actions of Semen Litchi.There is no report about chemicaI constituents in Ieaves of Litchi except for one report relating to its trace elements.Pharmacological studies found that the petroleum ether extrect of Ieaves of Litchi ohinensis possessed antiinflammatory. analgesic,antipyretic.astringing dampness and promoting wound healing activity.This paper is to jntroduce mv research on Ieaves of Litchj from the foIlowing three parts: 1.1Ⅵo kinds of flavonoI named quereetin and kaempfenol were first found in the hydrolysate of water extract from Ieaves of LitchI by their retention times in RP,HPLC. Soon after,these two kinds of aglycone were isolated from the hydrolysis product by means of silica gel column chromatography separation and recrystallization purification The results showed that flavonoids whose aglycone was quercetin or kaempferol was proved to be contained in leave
