摘 摘 要 绿色饭店是当前国际饭店行业的潮流与趋势，我国绿色饭店的创建工作已经 取得了一定的进展。但是，现行的绿色饭店评定标准在概念界定、理论框架、评 定内容和操作性方面存在根本性的缺陷。我国亟需制定一部统一的、科学的、权 威的绿色饭店评定标准。 笔者有幸参加了中国旅游饭店业协会《绿色饭店评定标准》的起草工作。国 家旅游局已将推出这一标准列为今年十大工作之～。本研究在概述绿色饭店运动 发生历程的基础上，探讨了国内外现行的五部绿色饭店的评定标准在我国的适用 性问题，分析了我国绿色饭店评定标准应遵循的原则、应涵盖的理论框架和基本 内容，并就即将施行的《绿色饭店评定标准》对北京、上海等地的四个样本进行 实证性考察。此外，评析了我国绿色饭店运动的若干误区，还对绿色饭店评定标 准的推行提出了建议。 全文共分五章。第一章概述绿色饭店及其评定标准的发展历程与研究背景， 第二章评析国内外现有的五部绿色饭店评定标准，第三章论述绿色饭店评定标准 的编制原则、理论框架、基本内容，第四章为绿色饭店评定标准的实证研究，第 五章解析绿色饭店运动面临的障碍，提出推行绿色饭店评定标准的建议。 关键词：环境管理绿色饭店绿色饭店评定标准 分类号：F592．7 AbstractCurrently,the Abstract Currently,the Green Hotel has become a brand new trend in the international hospitality industry．However we’Ve made limited progress in the preparatory work for the GH in China,fundamental problems still lied in也e actual assessment standard． especially in such aspects as definition，frdmework，contents and practical feasibility． It is necessary to set up an assessment standard for GH，which should feature uniform， scientific and authoritative． ne author once got the opportunity to take part in the preliminary job for the ‘Assessment Standard for Green Hotel’．The promotion ofthis standard has been accepted as a key iob for China National Tourism Administration in 2003．On the basis of generalimng the history of GH programs，the thesis discusses the feasibility of five current international and domestic assessment standards and analyzes the principle,framework and essential contents of the standard．Meanwhile,‘T11e Assessment Standard for Green Hotel’ has been applied in four samples in Beijing and Shanghai．Reviewing some misunderstanding in domestic GH programs，the thesis then proposes constructive suggestions on the promotion ofthis standard． TIlis thews is made up offive chapters．Chapter l mainly reviews related theories and research hismry．Chapter 2 evaluates and analyzes the current five international and domestic assessment standards．Chapter 3 expounds the principle，framework and essemial contents of the‘As∞ssmem Standard for
