摘要青少年是祖国的未来与希望，世界各国都很重视青少年的健康 摘要 青少年是祖国的未来与希望，世界各国都很重视青少年的健康 与成长。但不容忽视、不可回避的事实是未成年人重新犯罪日趋升 高，有些甚至是惯犯、累犯。对他们的教育改造，许多国家面临严 峻的挑战。 尽管未成年人犯罪的原因是多方面的、复杂的，但认真审视我 国未成年犯矫正制度会发现，我国未成年犯矫正制度理论基点的模 糊性和制度的不完善性导致了具体操作的欠规范性、科学性。因此， 加强未成年犯矫正制度的研究既是学术的需要也是现实的需要。 本文主要以我国当前的未成年犯矫正制度为基本立足点，在对 我国未成年犯矫正制度的概念界定、历史发展、理论基础进行了概 述后，着重从理论层面与制度层面进行了比较深入的剖析。最后， 借鉴外国一些有益的经验和制度建设，结合我国的具体情况，提出 完善我国未成年犯矫正制度的若干思考。 关键词：未成年犯未成年犯犯罪的特点未成年犯管教所的 教育改造建立与完善科学、文明的未成年犯矫正制度 AbstractThe Abstract The juvenile are the future and hope of the country SO their health and growth are mnch concerned bv all countries in the world．However， there exists a negligible and unavoidable fact that the rate of re- committing crime of the juvenile is rising day by day，some of which even are persistent offenders and cumulative offenders．Many countries face a阻jm challenge for their education and correction． ～tllough the causes of the criminal minor are many and complicated，we can find out that：throu班going over correctional system of the criminal minor in China，the vagueness of the theoretical base and incompleteness of the correctional system of the criminal minor lead to the lack of standard and science of the concrete operation．So，strengthening the research on correctional system of the minor iS the need ofthe study and the reality． Mainly on the base of correctional system of the criminal minor in China nowadays after the generalizations of the definition，history development and theoretical base，the thesis emphatically analyses the aspect ofthe theory and system in a deeper way．Eventually，the thesis advances some thinking on the perfection of correctional system of criminal minor in China，by drawing lessons from the experience of other countries as reference and connecting with the specific conditions of China． Key words：the criminal minor the criminal minor’S characteristics the education with correction of juvenile offender correctional institution establishing perfectly scientific civilianize correctional system ofthe criminal
