ABSTltAC’l’SCM ABSTltAC’l’ SCM is an efficient way to enhance the core competence ability for enterprises in the 2 1 century.EC wilt surely bring new chance and challenge to traditional SCM, along with the development ofthe information and network technology.Thus,E—SCM, which is the combination ofthe EC and the traditional supply—chain comes into being. China will continually call off the restriction to the regions,the stock fights and the hum for foreign business when its coming closer and closer to Nov.1 i, 2004.How could the enterprises win at this purchaser market when faced with the fierce situation?More and more dealers react to the demand change and the customers, pinning their hope on building the rapidly reacting system to various demands.They must have substantial competitive advantage,especially in the aspects of the resource replenishment。Dealers are required to build the sale and client information system,to marshal the sales and trade datum in the client electronic data base,to maintain a good relationship with the clients(e—mail or tel),to precisely forecast the demands,to pass the information to the manufacturer in time.And,all ofthese depend 011 ESCM. Under the background that the big chain-markets of China have built the basic perfect LAN by far and have realized the network between head office,shop front and deliver center.Firstly,the theory of SCM related to supermarket is expounded in this paper;Secondly,the competence advantages of the domestic and the oversea supermarkets and the actual problems in the internal and external supply—chain of the supermarkets in China are analyzed;Finally,the supply—chain project of the supplier supermarket,based on the B-B and the supermarket-·+consumer based on B.C are put forward to in the paper also.An essential purpose of the paper is tO supply the managers of the supermarket with definite theoretic and practical references.The study will benefit for optimizing the supply—chain management by applying the me
